Features
A working list of what pitchd does. Final copy lands alongside the store launch.
What the app looks like
Three core flows from the design pack. Final visuals ship with the apps.
-
Smart invites
Pending / queued / accepted, all in one place.
-
Loyalty Score
Transparent, per-player — you see why.
-
Cost-split
Per person — display-only at launch.
Stylised previews — pre-launch placeholder, ported from the design pack.
-
Smart priority-queue invitations
pitchd ranks players by recent commitment and invites in that order. When someone drops, the next person in the queue gets invited automatically — no manual chasing in a chat group.
-
Loyalty Score
A transparent score per player, computed after each event. It blends attendance rate, appearances, response speed, and no-shows. Organisers rank what matters most for their group — Low, Medium, or High weighting per factor — and the score adjusts.
-
Cost-split
Per-person breakdown of the pitch fee at the end of each session. Includes walk-ins. Display-only at launch — real money movement is a later phase.
-
Open spots
Optionally open a few spots to people outside the group. Requests come in for the organiser to approve or reject, with no auto-add until approved.
-
Confirm attendance
After the game, the organiser confirms who showed up. A two-tap form for the regulars + a quick line for walk-ins. The Loyalty Score recomputes the next time scores are recalculated.
-
Recurring + one-off events
A weekly Tuesday football makes one event with many instances. A one-off Saturday padel is its own event. Both flow through the same invite and roster logic.
-
Push + email notifications
Players are notified about new invites, replies, replacement offers, cancellations, attendance prompts, and Loyalty updates. Email serves as the fallback when push tokens aren’t available.
-
Privacy by default
A player never sees another player’s email address. Account deletion soft-deletes and anonymises PII while retaining attendance history that the rest of the group depends on.
Apps are not yet available — launching soon on iOS and Android.
