1. Who provides pitchd

   pitchd is provided by Softlify doo, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Serbia under company registration number 22088149 and tax ID 114901548, registered office Jaračkih žrtava 21/48, 15000 Šabac, Serbia, contactable at hello@pitchd.team. In these terms, “pitchd”, “we” and “us” mean Softlify doo.

2. Acceptance

   By creating a pitchd account or using the pitchd apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

   pitchd is a tool for scheduling recreational sports activities. It does not provide the venue, the equipment, insurance, or any guarantee that a session will happen. The service is provided as-is during pre-launch and may be paused, changed, or discontinued at our discretion.

4. Account

   You are responsible for the information in your account and for activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in credentials private. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you also agree to those providers’ own terms.

5. Acceptable use

   Do not use pitchd to harass, defraud, or impersonate other users. Do not attempt to circumvent technical limits, scrape data not exposed to you, or interfere with the service’s operation. Organisers are responsible for the events they create; participants are responsible for showing up or declining honestly.

6. User-generated content

   Names, locations, notes, and similar content you enter remain yours. You grant pitchd a limited licence to display that content to the people it is meant for (e.g. other members of your event). pitchd does not claim ownership of your content.

7. Payments

   The pre-launch app does not move money between users. Cost-split is display-only at launch. If transactional features are introduced later, additional terms will apply.

8. Termination

   You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. pitchd may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination, identifiable data is anonymised as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Liability

   pitchd is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, pitchd’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes arising from them will be handled by the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia. If you use pitchd as a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

11. Changes

    Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email to active accounts. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
